Do not get frustrated don&#8217;t try to change a Vietnamese or how do they do things. Just accept it as all takes time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the positive aspects of teaching English in Da Nang, Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/><span class=\"s1\">You decide which age you want to teach and you see the improvement of English with the students. most of the time is satisfying.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the negative aspects for teaching English in Da Nang, Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/> T<span class=\"s1\">he language barrier and the slowness of everything. But you get used to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are some of the teaching challenges for English teachers teaching the local people in your area?<\/strong><br \/> L<span class=\"s1\">anguage most of the time as they do not know the language and do not want to study it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Living in Da Nang, Vietnam:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Are there any visa or other legal requirements to live in Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/> Y<span class=\"s1\">ou need business visa to be able to teach or study vietnamese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the cost of living like in Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/> R<span class=\"s1\">ent is around USD400-800 depending the house and area. Food is much cheaper than our countries and going out you can spend up to USD20 per night on food and drinks or even less.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the usual accommodation arrangements and how can you find accommodation?<br \/> <\/strong><span class=\"s1\">facebook and online or word of mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Other than teaching, what positive aspects are there for living in Da Nang, Vietnam?<br \/><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">Beach\/mountains\/river.. awesome scenery\u2026 great people and neighbours. Love the relaxed life that there is here in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Other than teaching, what negative aspects are there for living in Da Nang, Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/><span class=\"s1\">None.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What advice would you give to someone considering coming to Da Nang, Vietnam?<\/strong><br \/> <span class=\"s1\">Good Luck!! Nah, it will be a great experience. Live the way the Vietnamese live and you will enjoy it immensely. Learn about their culture and study their language as they would do the same if they came to your country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What things do you miss most (other than family and friends) from your home country?<\/strong><br \/> D<span class=\"s1\">riving a car as all we do in Vietnam is to ride a motorbike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think you will miss most when (or if) you leave Vietnam?<br \/><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">The people and friends that I have met and made.
