Major Development No.3: All HI-RES PDF flashcards now available as sets.

Until now each individual flashcard had to be separately printed.  Now, each set can be opened and printed at the same time.  This allows for much faster printing of sets.  You can print one-sided cards or double-sided - the picture on one side and its corresponding word on the back.  Words are available in US English or British English.  You can find the sets in the flashcards section.

For an example, please click the following files for the Tools flashcard set:

To see the changes please login here.

Additional uses of set printing:

1. Print multiple images per page.  You can now easily print more than one image per sheet.  For example, load a sheet of A4 card and print 2 pictures, then cut the A4 in half to make 2 flashcards.  To do this, open the PDF file for the set you want to print, click on the "print" icon and choose "Page Scaling" - "Multiple pages per sheet".  Then choose "2" from "Pages per sheet".  This will print 2 images per page.  You can print as many images per page as you wish.

2. Make flashcard worksheets.  You can print all the images in a set on a single A4 sheet.  To do this, open the PDF file for the set you want to print, click on the "print" icon and choose "Page Scaling" - "Multiple pages per sheet".  In "Pages per sheet" choose the number that best fits all the images on one page.  Now print your worksheet.

3. Make bingo sheets.  Print all the images from a set on one sheet of A4 paper, as explained above in 2.  Give out the printed A4 sheets to your students and play bingo!
